Terms & Conditions
- You can pay a minimum Rs. 1,000 per month (and in multiples of 1,000). The amount has to be paid for 15 months. At the end of the 16th month, without paying anything in the 16th month, we'll give you 3 options to choose from. Get a gold coin/vedhani worth Rs. 16,000 OR get gold jewellery worth Rs. 16,500 OR get diamond jewellery worth Rs. 17,000/-.
- The amount to be paid every month can be deposited through cheque, UPI, or in person.
- A receipt will be given for every month, at the time of making the payment. No amount will be accepted without receipt. Keep all the receipts carefully till the end of the offer duration.
- The payment needs to be made for 15 consecutive months, before the 11th or 15th of each month. You can purchase jewellery worth the amount paid at the end of 16 months
- Jewellery will be sold at the market rate of gold prevalent at that time. The making charges will also be at actual.
- If payments are not made for 15 consecutive months, we'll not add our share in the 16th month.
- If for any reason, the amount to be paid per month is discontinued before 15 months, jewellery worth the amount paid till then can be bought at the end of 16 months. In such a scenario, we won't be adding our contribution for the 16th month.
- The amount paid by an individual cannot be transferred to another individual's name.
- Under no circumstances, shall the amount paid be refunded in cash. Also, if the monthly payment is not done before the 15th of that month, at the end of the 16th month, jewellery can be purchased, only worth the amount paid till then.
- Ranka Jewellers will hold all the rights to accept / reject the payments made by an individual.
- Ranka Jewellers will hold the rights to allow or prevent an individual from participating in this offer.
- For payments made through cheque, a deposit will be considered done, only after the cheque is cleared. If a cheque doesn't get cleared, no further cheques will be deposited and the individual will have to bear the bank charges.
- Ranka Jewellers solely holds the right to modify or cancel any of terms, conditions & provisions mentioned above and incorporate new terms and conditions.
- At the end of the 16 months, GST and other taxes will be borne by the individual.
- If any terms, conditions, taxes, and cess are added by the central government, state government and PMC, they will be borne by the individual.
