- Additionally, we offer a complimentary pick-up service from your location at a time convenient for you.
- Upon receiving your returned item, our Quality Assurance department will carefully review it to ensure it meets our standards and return policy.
Refund:
- We process and issue refunds to the customer’s account within 5 to 10 business days after the return is completed.
Discoloration of Jewellery:
- Please note that discoloration of jewellery may occur due to various factors such as reaction with Mercury, Rose Water, Perfumes, Flowers, Acid, Spillage, Exposure of solder, etc.
Plating Guarantee:
- We do not provide any guarantee for plating on our products.
Return Policy Exceptions:
- We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, have been altered or resized by a jeweler other than our company, or have been damaged. Such items are not eligible for our 14-day return policy.
Documentation for Exchanges:
- For all exchanges within 14 days of purchase, the returned product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and Original Invoice.
Free Return Shipping:
- In addition to our return policy, we offer free return shipping for exchanges and resizing.
