Discoloration of Jewellery:

Please note that discoloration of jewellery may occur due to various factors such as reaction with Mercury, Rose Water, Perfumes, Flowers, Acid, Spillage, Exposure of solder, etc.

Plating Guarantee:

We do not provide any guarantee for plating on our products.

Refund Process:

  • If the returned product passes our quality check, we will credit the refund amount to the account from which you made the payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 days from the receipt of the product for the refund to be processed.

Documentation for Exchanges:

For all exchanges within 14 days of purchase, the returned product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and Original Invoice.

Fraudulent Transactions and Order Cancellation:

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent transactions or those that violate our terms and conditions.
